Welcome to ROCK North Polk Challenge

Welcome to ROCK North Polk Challenge, a unique event being held this spring to keep our community engaged, active, and healthy. ROCK North Polk Challenge is a competition that will challenge and improve every aspect of your wellness. This will be a daily challenge Monday-Friday.
You have the opportunity to JOIN AT ANY TIME along the way. 1) Enter the Challenge 2) Log in to become a member 3) Watch Intro video and then complete daily challenge 4) Click on the RECORD YOUR ACTIVITY link, and answer survey questions before midnight on the date you are competing.
There will be a winner for each day/grade level. There will be cumulative scoring at the end of each week.
