Physical Activity Challenge #1: Funky Socks Run: Find or create your own funky socks at home. See Rubric for level of performance. *Post photos do your funky socks in the forum for bonus points*


Physical Activity Challenge #2: Learn how to juggle. You will receive points for successfully completing 15 seconds of incrementally challenging juggling tasks.

 

Nutrition Challenge: This week will be all about making changes to your diet to decrease empty calories from sugary food sources. We would like to have you practice increasing fruit and vegetable intake and decreasing sugary foods and beverages. See the rubric for specific recommendation and scoring.

 

Community and Social Challenge:

  • See the Approved Activities Checkerboard below and Rubric above for details. *Post your own community service and social interaction ideas in the forum for bonus points*

 

Spiritual Challenge:

  • Journal Reflection: see rubric for details

 

Educational Challenge:

There will be a cumulative quiz every Friday covering the educational material provided.
