Physical Challenge:

You've jumped for distance and you've also jumped over objects, now we are taking away one of your feet. The workout challenge for today is to complete as many rounds as you can in fifteen minutes of the following: 30 forward/backward line hops, 30 side-to-side line hops, 10 body weight single leg squats, and 5 single leg squat jumps.

*You get bonus points for completing up to 20 single leg BURPEES*
