Physical Challenge: We're taking you back to week 1

We've created a full body work out that you can complete with a chair and some good old fashioned hard work. This workout video demonstrates a good warm up and flexibility routine, upper body, core, and lower body strengthening, and some serious synchronization work.



Please view the video above, and follow along at home. We move quickly through the exercises in the video, but feel free to pause for a breather, or to rewind so that you can move through the series of exercises with us.


 

Sleep Challenge


Hey everyone, do you remember that week we talked about sleep? That's right, we're taking it back to week two.


We asked you to create a sleep log. Get that sleep log back out! Your challenge tonight is to document your sleep over the next two days.


We're going to ask you on Monday how consistent your sleep has been, so do your best to keep it regular and aim for 8-11 hours a night!

 

Nutrition Challenge: Let's use those great leafy greens!


Earlier this week, we had you list leafy green food options and come up with ideas for using them with meals. Your challenge today is to put theory into practice. Locate some leafy greens at home and use them for a meal or snack! Document your use of leafy greens in the survey and take the opportunity for BONUS POINTS by posting a picture of your leafy greens in the Nutritional Forum!
